Who could resist? However this dog was not available for adoption until Sunday at noon. I decided if it was meant to be - she would still be there on Sunday. Sure enough - "Maggie" (the name I have chosen) was there waiting for me the next day. She was adopted by me Sunday afternoon. We got to play for a little while - she was a little nervous - not knowing what was happening Treb was carrying her already 30 pound body to a cage where we could play! She will be having surgery on 4-1-08 (April fool's day) and that evening I get to go pick her up and take her home!
She is about 4 months old and a very cute rottie mix. She is going to grow into one big strong girl - topping about 100 pounds! I am excited to start training her! I am sure there will be more pictures in the future - hopefully only of cute things she is doing!
In this case I guess my trip to the pound was a good thing - as another dog has been saved!

How fun! I can't wait to meet her sometime. That is going to be one BIG dog girl! It's fun having them around though. It will be fun training her too! I love the name as well!
She is a sweet puppy... keep reminding yourself of that. It's going to be difficult at first, and she is going to have an accident or two, but soon you will have a new best friend who loves you unconditionally no matter what. CONGRATULATIONS
