Once a friend always a friend!

So this past weekend - I got an e-mail from one of my Best Friends saying she was in town. Saturday night we were able to meet up and visit with each other. I have not seen Darla since she moved to Colorado almost 4 years ago. A lot has changed in the past 4 years - Her and her husband have quit smoking and I have dropped 190 pounds. Darla said she recognized me but kept apologizing for staring as I looked so different.

I miss that lady so much! Her friendship means the world to me.

I am going to have to plan a trip to Colorado to visit!

Golden Tickets!

So this weekend we went to Dave and Busters - I personally love the boxing game as you can tell - NEVER MESS WITH ME! However Vincent was in love with the Super Spin Wheel - if you hit it just right you win 1000 tickets!

Brendan was the lucky Man - first try - Tickets come shooting out!

Lauren was up next - no rhyme or reason - Bam 1000 tickets!

Vincent bound and determined to hit it - Finally 1000 tickets!

What to buy? Cow - only 5000 tickets! Back to the wheel - with Brendan batting 1000 - WHAT ARE THE CHANCES - lucky guy!
Leora and I - just didn't have the luck - I blame it on my exhaustion from defeating the man in round number 1 and being taken down in round 2.

So the cow it was - A couple of pics with the lucky stuffed animal and then on to find some lucky winner - Some random lady was in love with the cow while we were taking pics so we decided she would find a great home for it!

Always good times on weekends!

She is doing so well - we begin the vet appointments tomorrow to make sure she is one healthy girl!
